These self-guided retreat opportunities are created especially for you to experience the Ashram and reconnect with yourself during these changing times. They can appeal to you as a spacious personal retreat or as an artist or professional retreat to focus on a specific project.
The Ashram is a place for healing, and we welcome those seeking greater well-being, connection and purpose in life. Please note that the Ashram does not have resources on hand to support those experiencing serious physical and mental health issues. It is important that applicants ensure that they are able to independently care for their health during their stay. We send Light to everyone for their healing journey.

Restorative Retreat 1
We make conscious decisions in creating retreats that are enriching and meaningful, and also affordable. All meals, scenic accommodations in a spiritually powerful location and tuition are included, along with 4 hours of Karma Yoga (selfless service).

Restorative Retreat 2
This retreat is the same as Restorative Retreat 1 but this option is tailored for anyone wanting an even more spacious unscheduled retreat.
It includes 2 hours of Karma Yoga (selfless service) to allow you more time to balance personal space with time to be part of the community.
You might wish for more time for relaxation and reflection, for personal spiritual practice, or for working on an artistic or professional project.

Reconciliation Fund - Your stay will include a $25 contribution (added to your invoice) toward The Reconciliation Fund initiated January 1, 2022. The collected money will be donated to a First Nations non-profit organization. These contributions, together with offerings from Ashram residents, will be given with the sincere intention to help right past injustices. All who visit or live at Yasodhara Ashram are on the beautiful but unceded territory of First Nations peoples, and we want to take meaningful action and give something back for this privilege.
